Ingredients

- Puff pastry sheet
- 1 egg
- 3 spoons of milk
- red onion
- zucchini (courgette)
- goat cheese
- parmigiano cheese
- smoked salmon
- ham
- anchovies in vinegar
- capers
- honey

Instructions

  1. 1. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it in about 5 cm squares
  2. 2. Place them on an oven tray with baking paper
  3. 3. With a knife draw a square inside each square to stop the pastry of blowing
  4. 4. Beat the egg and add the milk
  5. 5. Brush the puff pastry with this mix
  6. 6. Preheat oven to 180º
  7. 7. Add the ingredients inside the drawn square

Notes

Take into account that some ingredients can be add before or after you put the tarts in the oven. Some examples: salmon and parmigiano
