Ideal for couples, in a group or even if you are alone, Meatpacking adapts to yours needs. Welcoming you on its terrace or in its interior, you can explore and enjoy a whole lot of small details. The menu offers delicious and tempting dishes prepared with biological eggs.
I went for brunch at Meatpacking on a Sunday at the end of October at midday, after I called to reserve a table. The first impression of the place was very pleasant, with light, temperature and decoration being cosy. The seats in general are very comfortable and in two sides of the restaurant you can have a seat on nice upholstered wall benches. A long table, which connects two columns, invites people to have a chat with whoever sits next by.
The music allows you to communicate without problems thanks to the type of music and to the volume. A long table, which connects two columns, invites people to have a chat with whoever sits next by. If you have a baby, you can comfortably bring a buggy. The place wasn’t packed but we saw many people coming and going. I had eggs benedict, which were absolutely spectacular.
To read in the menu that they use ecological eggs enriches your Sunday’s spirit. We had to ask a couple of times for more beverages, because they apparently forgot them. But when the waitress is nice you can always forgive some slips. The prices are acceptable and as a woman I consider the quantity of the dishes big enough, although they could be a bit small for a man who has a good appetite. The women’s restroom was very clean, with paper and soap. Even though it wasn’t a warm day, the terrace was open.I can’t wait to go back to Meatpacking to try more of their specialties.
